Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Items must be returned with all original accessories and documentation.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us using the information provided on our contact page. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped to the address provided in your return authorization.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective, or if an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items, items that have been used or damaged by the customer, and items returned more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible for return. Consultation services are non-refundable once services have been provided.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
